The DMAE 502 Electric Vertical Broiler is designed for professional kitchens preparing shawarma, doner kebab, and gyros. Equipped with two electric heating elements and a bottom-mounted motor, the unit provides consistent heat distribution and reliable performance for small to medium-sized operations.
The motorized base rotates the skewer in both directions, allowing operators to control cooking evenly according to their preference.
The unit features a movable heating body, allowing the heaters to move closer to or further from the rotating meat for precise temperature control.
Constructed with a durable stainless steel body, the machine is hygienic, safe, and built for long-lasting commercial use. The heaters are protected with AISI-310S Cr-Ni radiant protection, ensuring durability under high temperatures.
A stainless steel drip tray is included to collect grease during cooking and maintain a clean working environment.
