The DMAE 204 Electric Doner Grill is designed for professional kitchens preparing doner, gyro, kebab, and shawarma. Equipped with four independent electric heating elements and a bottom-mounted motor, the unit provides powerful and even heat distribution for efficient cooking.

The machine is constructed entirely from food-grade stainless steel, ensuring durability, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.

The front features Robax® ceramic thermal glass, which improves heat efficiency, offers a modern appearance, and allows for easy cleaning.

A removable stainless steel drip tray collects grease during cooking and has an oil capacity of 2 liters, helping maintain a clean working environment.

The bidirectional motor allows the skewer to rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise, depending on the operator’s preference. The stainless steel body also allows forward and backward movement, enabling precise control of the cooking distance from the heating elements.

For safety, the unit includes a power cable protection fuse that protects the motor and prevents damage in case of electrical leakage.

The adjustable skewer system allows different meat sizes to be used. With the three-hole skewer adjustment pin, the usable skewer position can be set in three different configurations.

Each heating resistor operates independently, allowing the operator to control heat levels using minimum and maximum settings for optimal cooking performance.

Optional accessories include:
• Additional baking tray that acts as a grease strainer and prevents sliced meat from falling onto the floor.
