The bidirectional motor allows the rotation of the meat skewer to be adjusted clockwise or counter-clockwise, depending on the operator’s preference. The stainless steel body also allows forward and backward movement, enabling precise control of the cooking distance from the heating elements.

For safety, the unit includes a power cable protection fuse that protects the motor and prevents damage in case of electrical leakage.

The skewer system is adjustable, allowing different meat sizes to be used. With the three-hole skewer adjustment pin, the usable skewer position can be set in three different configurations.

Each heating resistor operates independently, allowing operators to control heat intensity using minimum and maximum settings for optimal cooking performance.
